searched online for a flower shop close to where my sister in law lives. picked this one. Flowers delivered on time. The bouquet did look in real life as they did online (not always true of other places) I have used) I would use them again. No issues and I did receive notice of delivery, although my sister in law had let me know already.

I order flower arrangements to be sent to my mother who has dementia and is in a nursing home. I do not ever see these arrangements, so I have no idea what they look like…I just have to trust that they are ok. I would really like the florist to consider sending me a photo of the actual arrangement that I ordered and paid for…..so that I can see what my mother is actually receiving, because she cannot tell me anything anymore.

One side note: I didn't see any of the small packages that sometimes come with flowers, so that they have "food" and last a bit longer. This might be something to consider providing. However, the overall experience was still great and I will keep you in mind for future deliveries.

Amazing fast delivery - fresh & beautiful arrangement. Only thing I’d suggest is sticking to the delivery date selected - I had asked for delivery the next day, but it was delivered same day (which in itself is amazing) but when you plan to have something delivered a certain day, having it early made the card incorrect. Not a major complaint because I’m the speed was impressive, but like I said - if a client asks for delivery on a certain date, it would be good to honour that

Twice I have ordered flowers for my mother, and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful. My only disappointment was that on the last delivery she was not notified that the flowers were delivered. No one rang the door bell. She eventually found them on her doorstep, which is thankfully sheltered and shaded. If she hadn’t been going out the front door, they could have sat there all day and night.

The staff went out of their way to help me with coordinating safe delivery of flowers to my father who struggles with mobility issues. The flowers made his day!

Fantastic service! I ordered online originally and it's a very simple process. I made sure to put in the notes that the flowers were a surprise for my girlfriend and they had no trouble delivering them when I asked them too! A beautiful arrangement for a beautiful girl! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I also accidentally put the wrong day on the online order but I called and they fixed it no problem. Would recommend for anyone!
